서비스 이용약관

본 이용약관(이하 “약관”)은 PLANOMAD 및 회사가 운영하는 앱(MOMENT, REDDY, GRAFFI, 이하 “서비스”)의 이용 조건을 정합니다. PLANOMAD 계정을 생성하거나 서비스를 이용함으로써 이용자는 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 동의하지 않는 경우 서비스를 이용할 수 없습니다.
1. PLANOMAD 계정
하나의 PLANOMAD 계정으로 회사의 여러 앱에 로그인할 수 있습니다. 회사는 비밀번호 없는 로그인을 사용하며, 이용자가 본인의 이메일 주소를 입력하면 일회용 코드 또는 로그인 링크를 발송합니다. 이용자는 본인 이메일에 대한 접근 권한을 안전하게 관리할 책임이 있으며, 계정에서 발생하는 활동에 대해 책임을 집니다. 계정이 무단으로 사용되었다고 판단되면 즉시 hello@planomad.co 로 알려 주십시오.
2. 이용 자격
이용자는 거주 국가에서 계약을 체결할 수 있는 연령(만 14세 이상)이어야 합니다. 단체를 대표하여 서비스를 이용하는 경우, 해당 단체를 대신하여 본 약관에 동의할 권한이 있음을 진술·보증합니다.
3. 금지 행위
이용자는 다음 행위를 하여서는 안 됩니다.
- 위법한 목적의 이용 또는 타인의 권리 침해
- 서비스 또는 그 보안 기능에 대한 방해·과부하·교란
- 본인의 것이 아닌 계정·시스템·데이터에 대한 접근 시도
- 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위를 제외한 리버스 엔지니어링·스크래핑·경쟁 서비스 제작
- 이메일·코드 요청의 자동화 또는 남용 등 로그인 시스템의 오용
4. 유료 서비스 및 구독
일부 기능은 유료로 제공될 수 있습니다. Apple App Store 또는 Google Play를 통한 결제는 해당 스토어의 약관과 결제·갱신·환불 정책에 따릅니다. 법령상 요구되거나 판매 시점에 달리 정한 경우를 제외하고, 결제 금액은 환불되지 않습니다.
5. 지식재산권
서비스(소프트웨어, 디자인, 텍스트, 브랜드 포함)에 관한 권리는 회사 또는 라이선스 제공자에게 있으며 법률로 보호됩니다. 회사는 본 약관이 허용하는 범위에서 서비스를 이용할 수 있는 개인적·비독점적·양도 불가·철회 가능한 라이선스를 부여합니다. 이용자가 생성한 콘텐츠의 권리는 이용자에게 있으며, 회사는 서비스 운영에 필요한 범위에서 이를 저장·표시할 제한적 권리를 갖습니다.
6. 서비스의 변경
회사는 PLANOMAD를 지속적으로 개발하며 기능을 추가·변경·삭제하거나 서비스의 일부를 중단할 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경은 합리적으로 가능한 범위에서 사전 고지합니다.
7. 보증의 부인
서비스는 관련 법령이 허용하는 최대 범위에서 “있는 그대로(as is)” 및 “이용 가능한 상태로(as available)” 제공되며, 명시적·묵시적 보증을 하지 않습니다. 회사는 서비스가 중단되지 않거나 오류·보안 결함이 없음을 보증하지 않습니다.
8. 책임의 제한
관련 법령이 허용하는 최대 범위에서, 회사는 서비스 이용과 관련한 간접·부수적·특별·결과적·징벌적 손해 또는 데이터·이익·영업권의 손실에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다. 다만 관련 법령상 제한할 수 없는 책임은 그러하지 아니합니다.
9. 해지
이용자는 언제든지 서비스 이용을 중단하고 계정 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 회사는 이용자가 본 약관을 위반하거나 서비스 또는 다른 이용자를 보호할 필요가 있는 경우 이용을 정지·종료할 수 있습니다. 그 성질상 존속되어야 하는 조항은 해지 후에도 유효합니다.
10. 준거법
본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따르며, 법의 충돌 규정은 적용하지 않습니다. 이용자가 거주하는 국가의 강행 소비자 보호 규정은 그대로 적용됩니다.

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of PLANOMAD and the apps we operate (MOMENT, REDDY, GRAFFI, the “Services”). By creating a PLANOMAD account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Your PLANOMAD account
A single PLANOMAD account lets you sign in across our apps. We use passwordless sign-in: you enter your own email address and we send you a one-time code or sign-in link. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at hello@planomad.co if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
2. Eligibility
You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country (and at least 14 years old) to use the Services. If you use them on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Services unlawfully or to infringe anyone’s rights;
- interfere with, overload, or disrupt the Services or their security features;
- attempt to access accounts, systems, or data that are not yours;
- reverse engineer, scrape, or build a competing service, except where this restriction is prohibited by law; or
- misuse the sign-in system, including by automating or abusing email or code requests.
4. Purchases and subscriptions
Some features may be offered for a fee. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are governed by those stores’ terms and their billing, renewal, and refund policies. Unless required by law or stated otherwise at purchase, fees are non-refundable.
5. Intellectual property
The Services, including their software, design, text, and brand, are owned by PLANOMAD or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services as permitted by these Terms. You keep ownership of the content you create and grant us the limited rights needed to host and display it to operate the Services for you.
6. Changes to the Services
We are actively building PLANOMAD and may add, change, or remove features, or suspend parts of the Services. We will give reasonable notice of material changes where practical.
7. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PLANOMAD will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Services or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of- laws rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply.
